GENERAL
— Availing my commissions means you agree to all the terms and conditions listed.
— Kindly send references. Visual or detailed written references are highly encouraged and appreciated.
— I have the right to decline a commission if I think I cannot accomplish your request.PAYMENT
— Payment must be upfront before I work on your request.
— Cancellation and refunds are not allowed once I start working on your request.REVISIONS
— I can accept up to three revisions for free during sketch phase.
— Minor revisions like color corrections and other small details are accepted during the coloring/rendering phase.
— Complete redos of a commission are not allowed.
— Please be aware that the terms of service regarding revisions do not apply for Skeb/Surprise Me commissions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
— Artists do not draw 24/7. I may finish some works fast, but I set a longer turnaround time due to work and health reasons, just to be sure.
— Please be reasonable and plan ahead when availing my commissions for certain occasions. Rush fees may apply for requests with hard deadlines.USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
— Yoririn claims the rights to the commissioned work. I can post it in my social media and portfolio, unless the privacy fee is availed.
— The indicated prices on this Carrd and on my VGen services are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. Please send a message first if you plan to avail commercial commissions.
— Personal use means you can set the commissioned work for social media, wallpapers, and other non-profit uses.
— Do not use my art for AI training and NFT.
— Do not alter the artwork without my consent. You can use filters, frame templates, and stickers, but major edits on the drawing itself are not allowed.
